I just joined Facebook this weekend after putting up a successful resistance for years. I’m a bit of a Luddite when it comes to social networking tools targeted primarily towards high school and college kids (I don’t have a MySpace page either). But Facebook now allows anyone to join - you don’t have to be in school anymore - so I signed up and created a My Left Nutmeg Facebook group, as I’m now a site administrator there.

I wanted to extend my invitation to all MLN readers who are on Facebook (or will soon join) to come be members of the MLN Facebook group. Obviously most everything I post on MLN about Connecticut politics I also post here, so if you’re interested, please sign up. I’m just learning the ways Facebook can help people organize and share information about each other, so in my mind the MLN Facebook group is pretty much a blank slate. We can make it be whatever we want it to be. So come on over and join up!
